What we offer
Services
The cooperative's mill works for members and customers alike: from milling to bottling, all the way to welcoming those who want to get to know the Tuscan Maremma.
Milling
We mill batches of olives for both members and customers on a continuous-cycle line. We keep our technology up to date to offer an ever better service, and we keep improving our mill by following technical developments and what the market has to offer.
To get the very best in aroma and flavour, we have replaced our crusher so as to produce quality oil:
- We use a combined blade-and-hammer system.
- We can control the speed and direction of rotation of the moving parts.
- We adapt the processing settings to the variety of olive and its stage of ripeness.
To meet the needs of each grower, the mill is certified for organic production and for Toscano I.G.P. oil.
Bottling
We offer all our members a bottling service that gives shape and value to our extra virgin olive oil. We are artisans, not a packing plant.
The finished product may be simple or refined, but what is inside will always be oil made at our own mill.
Our values are full traceability, care in every detail and a love of extra virgin olive oil. It is about giving value to something that took commitment, sacrifice, determination and, above all, passion.
Hospitality
To widen our network in the area and spread a love of good food, the cooperative would like to work together with local accommodation and hospitality businesses.
If you run a farm stay, a B&B, a holiday village, guest rooms, a bar or restaurant, or a local tourist association, and you care about your area, we would love to meet you. We want to help create the right occasions to experience the genuine Tuscan Maremma.
During your guests' stay, we can organise:
- A visit to the groves of the cooperative's members.
- A visit to the mill during milling.
- An educational day.
- A business meeting.
- A team-building day.
- A dinner at the mill.
